Now for how it worked for me.  I was very skeptical, as I am in lots of pain on a daily basis and no prescription pain relievers seem to even touch it, but I figured it was worth a try.  Let me tell you I could not be happier with the results I have had.  Just to give you an idea, here is a picture of my back, post surgery

I had a torn disc as well as another one bulging, so they removed the disc, inserted a plastic spacer and attached it with 2 titanium rods and 4 screws.  So when I wake up in the mornings I am very stiff.  So the first night I put the cream on, it doesn't take much, I used less than a dime size amount, and rubbed it in completely and then went to sleep.  The first morning I noticed I was not as stiff or sore when I got up.  So I put it on the second night, and repeated the same steps, and again I woke up feeling great.  Well to let you know how well this works, I forgot to put it on the third night, and I could hardly move when I woke up, I was so stiff and in a lot of pain.  Now they suggest that it could take up to 7 days for the cream to take full effect, for me I noticed relief after the first application.  You can use the cream 2-3 times daily, I only used it right before bed.
