Whirl-a-Style *Holiday Gift Guide

***Great Gift for Her***

If you are anything like me, I have long hair, which is usually up in a bun or ponytail, as I don't have a lot of time to style my hair.  Well that has changed since I got my Whirl-a-Style!  I love that the product you receive is based on your hair, they have different sizes based on the length of your hair.  Since my hair is considered to be long, I received the Large Whirl-a-Style.  I also love that it comes with an instructional DVD and book to help you use it correctly and shows you all the wonderful styles you can create.

Whirl-a-Style is a hair accessory that looks like a rubber "C" with a slit style opening down the middle.  Your hair goes through the opening and you pull the Whirl-a-Style until it reached the end of your shortest layer of hair.  Then you curl the Whirl-a-Style towards your head and when you reach your head, you clasp the ends together to create a perfect bun.

Here are the steps to create a bun:
Step 1: Pull your hair back into a ponytail with a ponytail holder. For an extra sleek bun, make sure your hair is wet or damp.

Step 2: Feed the hair of ponytail through the Whirl-A-Style until it bumps into the hair tie at the base of the ponytail.

Step 3: If you have layers, do NOT pull the Whirl-a-Style down to the tip of your hair. Pull the Whirl-a-Style back until you encounter your shortest layer. Stop here and roll up.

Step 4: Roll the Whirl-a-Style up towards the top of your head. You should snap it together by pulling the ends down when you get to the base of your ponytail holder again.

If some ends of your hair stick out, never fear! Take them and roll them around the base of your bun. You can insert one pin into the base of your bun to hold them down as well once you roll them up.

The website also offers a Wizard which will help you find additional hairstyles.

So make sure to check out their website and see how you can purchase one for the lady in your life.

Disclosure: I received product(s)  in exchange for an honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I used personally, and believe will be good for my readers
