Now for what I think of the California Kitchenware Silicone Cupcake Baking Molds, in one word......
AMAZING!!!!! I have never used silicone products for baking or cooking, so this was a new experience for me, I opted to use the molds in my normal cupcake pan
It was so easy, and I cooked the cupcakes as directed on the box, and I was so very pleased when I pulled them out of the oven
I was able to lift the molds right out of the pan and put on my cooling rack, and could not believe how golden brown my cupcakes were, they were all evenly cooked and looked beautiful! And when they were cooled and I pulled them out of the molds, they just came right out with no sticking.
I am very pleased with the results of the California Kitchenware Silicone Cupcake Baking Molds, they make baking so easy!!! And clean up was a snap, just rinsed them out with warm water and then laid them upside down on a towel to dry and restacked and put them back in the container they came in.
If you are an avid baker, or just bake occasionally, it is worth your money to purchase the California Kitchenware Silicone Cupcake Baking Molds and forget about the cheap paper version you can buy at the store. These will last much longer and save you money in the long run.
