Sock Panda launched in 2011 with the vision that socks could be amazingly colorful, fun, and fashionable. The company hired a creative panda (aka The Sock Panda) to design socks that would test the limits of sock design. The Sock Panda’s creations are different every month, and always inspired by the latest trends in sock fashion. Sock Panda partnered with Indutexa S.A., a top sock manufacturer in Lima, Peru. He picked Indutexa because it is a family run enterprise that treats its workers well and uses high quality materials. It also produces socks for Adidas, Reebok, and Fila.

The Sock Panda team is dedicated to using its socks to make the world a better place. The company donates socks to those in need for every subscription purchased. As of October 2014 the company has donated nearly 10,000 socks to homeless shelters, low income senior centers, and under-privileged classrooms in Northern California.

Over the next year the Panda hopes to donate 100,000 pairs of socks. He loves his headquarters in Venice which gives him creative inspiration.

SOCK DRIVE

The First Annual Sock Drive will take place from December 5 to December 22. The Sock Panda will donate thousands of socks to those in need across the county.Plus he’ll be on hand to meet YOU!

To meet The Sock Panda in your city, click here! Eat, drink and be merry. Meet your fellow sock connoisseurs (bring your less sock-savvy friends too). And help us make the world a better place by bringing your old socks (no holes please) for the Panda to donate on your behalf.

The person in each city who brings the most socks to donate will get 3 months of FREE socks from Sock Panda. Woo hoo!

I received 3 pairs of socks, one womens, one mens and one kids. I love them, they are such cute designs on them!!! These would make great stocking stuffers for anyone, because who doesn't like bright colorful socks?

Kids subscriptions start at $11/month and Adult subscriptions start out at $12/month. Or you can just buy cool socks, prices vary by pair.
