Great ways to Save

Another great way to save money, if you get fresh veggies, CAN THEM!!! I just had my first experience.  I got a TON of cucumbers from a local food bank, and my husband LOVES Bread & Butter pickles.  So I decided to try my hand at making some pickles.  Just put them in the jars, now they have to sit in the jars in the fridge for 24 hours to finish "pickling".  If they turn out good (at least right now they smell good!!) I will share the recipe.  It was super easy.  Well time for bed.  Till tomorrow, Happy Couponing/Freebie Hunting/ Canning!!!!

Daily Post

Not much going on today, had a sick munchkin.  Mail call today: Free Prilosec OTC sample, Marlboro Sunglasses and Publix coupon book.  If you got the Sunday paper, in the P&G insert was a coupon for Olay Bath Bars $1 coupon, you can go to Target or Dollar Tree and get them for free!!! Happy Couponing/ Freebie hunting!

Freebie and product review sites

Okay had a request to post the websites/facebook pages to get free samples.  Here are the best ones I have found:

Did a small CVS coupon run today, they are having a Beauty Sale, so lots of products 50-75% off, great deals to be had, especially if you have coupons on top of the sales.

Welcome!!!

So here is my first blog!!! I am a busy new (again) mom, I have a 16 year old and now an 8 month old, who loves to save money, share with others any information on how to save money and get great products for your family.  Depending on the time restraints of being a new mom, i will try to post daily.  So, I have recently started joining "Review Sites".  These sites you can try products, you then give an honest review of the products and share on social medias, ie facebook, twitter, youtube or blogging.  I have joined Bzzagent.com, Smiley360.com and Swaggable.com, and just got an invite to Influenster.  Already got 5 product invites on swaggable in 2 weeks!
